Building for the Future of Epsilon Iota

Our shelter at 1210 Dupont Street is clearly the focus of undergraduate life for Epsilon Iota. It has been the home away from home for hundreds of young men in addition to being a classroom where our brothers learned the values of Truth, Courage, Faith and Power. But the condition of our shelter is having a negative impact on the undergraduate experience and we must rise to this challenge.

There has never been a more important time for Greek life on college campuses. Social skills learned through fraternity life make our brothers more employable and successful after graduation. It also helps develop a sense of belonging, a support network in a formative time in their lives, and challenges them to do more with their college experience. It is time we invest in our future and provide a complimentary facility to ensure our success in Flint.

Our future requires your support. Remember the benefits Delt provided you, how it enriched your life, and how your fraternity experience supported your work at GMI/Kettering. We want to ensure those benefits continue for our future brothers.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY: While the greatest need is for gifts directly to the House Corporation, for brothers who itemize their tax returns or whose ability to gift shares of appreciated stock, have a corporate charitable gift matching option, IRA minimum distribution requirements, or other ways where giving to a 501(c)(3) charity would greatly impact their ability to stretch their gifts, pledges of $25,000 and greater can be directed to the Delta Tau Delta Foundation.
